I have a house in richmond, ca, with no grass at all. Just tiny yard/ landscaping rocks. Front and back yard. And I want to get rid of them and lay grass out. Whats the best way to go with this? I’m looking for an inexpensive way. is there an easy way I can do it myself? What should I do? The Rocks Are Only On The Top, But its a lot of rocks. Some parts of my yard where the rocks are, there is a black tarp under the rocks. Do you know what I found? How much it costs depends on the extent of the job. Are the rocks only on the top or if you dig down are there none? If you do it yourself it should be cheaper that if you hire someone else, unless you overcharge yourself. Try picking up some rocks and getting rid of them and that is as easy as it’s going to get. How about just putting top soil on top of the rocks?
